Logos 9 is here!

If you are a Logos Bible Software user looking to upgrade, or if you’re new to Logos Bible software, then let me tell you about Logos 9.

First, I’ve been a Logos user since 2009. I made the switch to Logos when I made the move to Apple MacBook. It was the best decision for my personal Bible study. I’ve used several other Bible software programs over the years, and Logos is by far the best. And with their recent acquisition of WordSearch it made Logos even better, now all of my resources are in one location.

Logos 9 has several new features and upgrades. I’ve been using it for several days and can’t believe how they’ve made an already fantastic program even better. I want to highlight a few of my favorite new upgrades.

Factbook

If you’re like me, then you do a lot of searches. The new Factbook allows you to search any topic or Bible passage from all of your sources and gives you a clean and comprehensive outline for easy studying. The previous search engine in Logos was exhaustive, but it wasn’t nearly as inviting for study as the new Factbook.

Dark Mode

Most smartphones and tablets have been upgraded to utilize dark mode, which makes it easier on your eyes. Logos users have been clamoring for Dark Mode within Logos. I do a lot of my study in the early mornings or sometimes late at night in the bed. It helps to have that dark mode option while studying long hours in front of screen. One of my favorite new features in Logos 9.

Reading Plans

For over ten years I’ve acquired thousands of resources in Logos. The new Reading Plans allows me to organize and schedule my reading. I can choose a book in my library, pick a time frame, and the reading plan is ready. With so many large volumes, I can now read through a chosen book page by page on a timeline. It’s like eating an elephant one bite at a time.

These are just a few of the highlights from the newly released Logos 9.

There has never been a better time for you to upgrade your Bible software. If you’re looking to increase your Biblical knowledge, or prepare sermons and lessons, then I highly recommend Logos Bible Software
